When you request a fit review, we collect the business contact and qualification information you choose to provide. The public website does not accept project documents, portal credentials, tax information, payroll data, or financial files.

How we use it

We use submitted information to assess fit, respond to your request, operate the website, prevent abuse, and maintain basic business records. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Website hosting and an authorized email-delivery provider may process limited information on our behalf. Access is limited to people and services that need it for these purposes.

Analytics

Analytics are disabled unless configured. If enabled, we use privacy-conscious event measurement for fit-review CTA clicks, form starts, successful submissions, and email-link clicks. Form contents are not sent to analytics.

Retention and choices

We retain qualification information only as long as reasonably needed for evaluation, follow-up, legal obligations, and ordinary business records. To ask about or request deletion of your submitted information, email info@payappdesk.com.

We may update this notice as the service and website evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.

This plain-language notice should be reviewed before public launch and updated if the data-handling workflow changes.
